Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is at 12:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Individual Room Reservations: Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before your stay. Bulk or Group Reservations: Cancellations for group Room Bookings must be made at least one week in advance.

Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, cash, and digital payment options. We do not accept cheques, DD or any such instruments.

Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi access is provided to all guests during their stay. Guests may not misuse this facility for any unsolicited purposes

Damages and Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage to the resort property and will be charged accordingly.

Pets: We regret that pets are not allowed on the resort premises.

Security: We have ample security measures in place, including security personnel and CCTV cameras at all places. However, guests are advised to take care of their belongings. The resort is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Behavior and Noise: Guests are expected to maintain a reasonable noise level and respectful behavior, especially in the evenings and during events. Any kind of unruly behaviour, drunken behaviour or nuisance to other guests shall be considered breach of discipline.

Right to Refuse Service: Pai Resorts reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to disruptive behavior or non-compliance with resort policies.
